do you spend more or less time in the drone zone rpm with the 373/410 vs. 315? ( during normal driving conditions).

i think you are never in the drone zone because you rpm higher.
i have the kooks lt an highflow cats corsa sport 3800 rpm converter and 373 with shorter bfg drs and its an a4 sounds great at every rpm i dont hear any drone

When I talked with Chuck CoW about 4:10 gears for my 2005 A4 he said that he recommends 3:90 gears for the A4. He also said he has done a number of them. I won't pretend to share expertise that I don't have so I'LL simply recommend that you speak with Chuck. He is known coast-to-coast when it comes to C5 and C6 Corvette rear differentials. Do yourself a favor and talk with him before you make a decision.
