(Tune (note ECS will not do Street or Dyno tunes until gears are properly broken in)
What does the above mean? I'm new at this, how many miles do you need on the car before street/dyno tune should be done?

we suggest - 2 heat cycles and 350 miles.
Heat cycle is 30-40 mins of driving the car where you can make shifts then let it sit overnight to coo.
Then drive 350 miles without bashing the gears. Basically making smooth shifts. After that take it to the 1/4 and have some fun.
