Default Mti 427

Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with LS2 stroker engines built by MTI of Houston?

How about a 427 in particular?

Thanks.

Are you asking about having an LS2 based 427 built or about an existing LS2 427?

Either way, I am about 7 days away from taking delivery of an LS7 427 MTI has built for me.

The cost of building an LS2 427 from scratch was more than doing an LS7 based 427.

No personal experience with their built engines, but several other members have them, hopefully they will chime in. I have had a lot of work done by them and they are VERY good at what they do. Their shop is very well setup and everything they do is top notch. Real professionals. Jayson is one of the best tuners around. Motor Trend has featured a few of MTI's cars in tuner shootouts as well. You can go to them with confidence.

I've heard great things about MTI and LME. Both are located in Hoiuston, and both are top notch!

I'm interested in a LS2 based 427 built by MTI. Anyone have or know of one built by them?

Thanks for the feedback.
