07 z06 small problems ????

Just want to know if any one has had these problems and what is the cure.
The shifter problem rattle the dealer took care of.
I now have a some what hard clutch pedel only sometimes for the first push. After that it is normal. It will happen a couple of times a day. Seems to happen most often after car is driven for awhile in 1 gear on the freeway.
The drivers seat will loose memeroy, I will push the button and it will adjust to the wrong place, if i push the adjuster after that and re push the seat button it goes to the correct memory place.
There is a wine from the rear diff when taking off at very low speed it goes away at about 2 thousand rpm. Sounds like a bad ring and pinion used to sound in the old days. If i take off hard with accelacation its fine.
Any one enconter any of the problems? I hate to take it to the dealer!!
