LS3 A/C Drip - Problem Answered
I called customer service at the Bowling Green plant - not really believing they would be any help to one little customer with one little question.
Lynn, who answered the phone (no voice mail heck) said she would check with an engineer and call me back within an hour. I thought - yeah right - this is way too easy.
Sure enough within an hour she called back. The engineer said there is no tube. The car is built correctly but they have had other calls with questions / complaints on the same issue and they were talking about possibly doing a fix. If they designed a fix, they would let the dealers know but not contact customers directly. I'm going to check with my dealer in a few months to see if anything has come down from GM.
It was easy to get through, Lynn was very friendly, got my question answered and called back when she said she would - all rare occurances in today's business world. I'm impressed. Kudos to GM on this one.
