If it were me, I'd just go ahead and do them by yourself. I'll be installing my own this Friday and don't anticipate it being all that difficult.
If you'd rather not do it by yourself however, I think that is a fair price. The rest of the package is probably in the vicinity of $1700 which means you're paying about $400 for the install.
Took 4 hours from the time I open my first beer until the job was finished. If your time is worth $150 an hour or better, let a shop do the job. If not...................... it ain't brain surgery.
If this price INCLUDES a dyno tune, it is a good price.
Yes it included a Dyno tune. But the LG's sold. The shop owner plans on doing a group buy and getting 10 people for a better price and cheaper install price.
