Knocking noises at slow speed???

Knocking noises at slow speed???

I have an 07 coupe with about 3000 miles on it and I started hearing dragging/knocking noises around the front end at slow speeds, does anybody know what's wrong or is this normal???

Are you sure it's the front end? Are the noises more noticible while turning? If so, it is most likely your diff.....there is a TSB about noisey clutch plates in the rear end.

I bet it is the rear, not the front; the sound is misleading. Check it out and add some LS additive, if it continues.

From: Various places in Southern California.

When my differential clutches started chattering I was SURE it was a noise in the front end.

Probably the posi-clutches.
