Default Nitrous kit installed....

Just want to give a big thanks to the guys over at Horsepower Sales in Pompano Beach. I just got the car delivered to my house and I'm impressed. I have not had a chance to really drive it yet, but it is going to be a blast I'm sure.

My wife and I just had a baby on Sunday so I managed to sneak by the shop on the way back from the pediatritians office. The went over all the controls and I had it shipped to my home. I snapped some pictures and figured I post it up.

It is a complete kit from Dave's Nitrous Outlet. The bracket is from Dyno tune so that I can still use my removeable top. Kit came with fuel pres. safety switch, digital rpm box with multi gear lockout, automatic bottle heater, nos filter, plate kit, big noids, blow down tube, nitrous pressure gauge, etc. The only option I didn't opt for was the bottle opener. More on the kit later. Here are some pics.

You forgot your first mod....

I think we're going to have to have an intervention. You have the worst case of MOD FEVER I've ever seen!

Joe, you're right, Doug is much worse than me

You guys going to Moroso on 10/12 for the T&T? I'm going. Will need to borrow some DRs, probably from Roger and a helmet, Joe either you or Robert.

Whoa... I didn't say Doug was worse than you!! That's a race, Doug vs. Schilit as the mod kings...

I'll be there on 10/12. Been spreading the word a little, please do likewise. I've got a spare helmet so no worries. See you there!

Thanks, I'll contact Rog and line up the DRs. I think he's now renting them.

The cutout is on the way back. I'm not very happy with quick time right now. The told me to rush it back, send cash in envelope to cut down on turnaround time. Then I don't have it back for two weeks. When I called to see what's up they stated they were out of replacement motors and that they just got shipped in. That was a week ago. On top of that having to pay for the repair. Very sore subject matter with me. I love the cutout, but for having the "option" of being loud. It's a good thing I don't drive this car often. Life would really suck if I had to drive my vette daily with this issue.

No numbers yet. I haven't even tested it out really. I want to be sure I'm not going to have a fueling issue. I had the Racetronix hotwire kit with redudndant grounds that has the pre-wiring for the boost-a-pump. The boost-a-pump will help keep the voltage up, and increase it if necessary. On the 200shot I'm hoping for 7XXwhp/7XX wtq.
