Default Adding XM to base 06

Does anyone know what is involved in adding XM to a base radio in a 2006?

Thanks!

I have an XM receiver from my 05 and am willing to sell it. If you are interested I will get an idea of price and if you can hook it up. Send me a PM and we can figure it out

Why don't you use that link and discuss it directly with XM?

This has been a very tough issue.

GentleBen is the only person I know of to have done this successfully.

My dealer had no interest at all in unlocking my radio so that the XM module would contine to work. I eventually went to Sirrius

Mine was the NAV unit.

Not likely brother. The wiring is NOT there on the base models. I tore my car apart and looked when I had my 05. Go aftermarket.
