'06 base coupe: Passenger side window drops when door is opened but occasionally fails to return to closed position after door is shut. The window operates normally otherwise. The intermittent aspect suggests a loose wire or dirty contact or some such thing. Is there a way to check without pulling off the door panel? Anyone else have a similar problem?
I'd try resetting the windows indexing first. I realize you said it was an intermittent problem, but this procedure won't cost you anything. If it doesn't fix it, you can still try something else, including taking it to the dealer.
Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done.
small problem happens to every corvette owner. the three second method does work. it is still hard for water to go in even with out the indexing action

Thanks! I completely forgot about that procedure. I'm sure that will take care of it. Thanks to the other reponders. This forum is great!
