I recently installed a new from GM (unported) throttle body on my 2006 Corvette. I now have the P2127 code that will not reset. I have searched the forums and can not find any information relevant to this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why was the TB changed in the first place? Did you disconnect the battery during install? Did you follow the correct procedure before starting the car after install?

It was swapped so the car could be driven while my stock TB was being ported. Yes, the battery was disconnected during install.
What is the correct procedure for starting the car after installation?

When you reconnect the battery before you start the car you must first go into acc mode, make sure the HVAC controls are off make sure the radio is off, then start the car and let idle without touching the pedal for 3 mins. If you have the code now. Disconnect the battery for a few mins, then reconnect and do as above. don't forget to reindex the window stops as well. run them down then run them up and hold the switch till you hear the clicking noise then release switch. Everytime you remove battery power you must do these two things.
Most 05's won't need it 06's and 07's it's a must.
I guess I am just lucky. I have disconnected the battery on numerous occasions - every time I make any changes that require electrical connections to be disconnected - I have never done the ACC position and radio off - HVAC Off (though mostly that is where mine stays) and let idle for 3 minutes. Only thing I have to do is re-index the windows.
Is there a shop manual reference for this procedure?
Unfortunately that did not fix the issue for me. The engine light is on as soon as the car is started which I'm assuming disconnecting the battery is supposed to eliminate.
