Default What fuse is this

Does any one know what fuse in the engine compartment takes car of the rear side marker kights and rear running tail lights (not brake lights)? The manual is very unclear.

Thanks

Charlie

10amp park lamp fuse #8( in underhood fuse box), controls the park lamp relay, which in turn controls the lights.

It is also the same fuse that controls the inside lighting, yours should be off if the fuse is blown. #8

Inside lights are OK, swapped out fuse #8. It's Not that one. Rear running lights and rear side marker lights still out. Brake stop lights are OK

I don't know how far you want to go, but, behind the right tail lamp is a connector (C455), there will be a brown wire, terminal 5, that is the feed for the running lites, should have power to it when the lights are on. If not, open between fuse box and connector. If you have power, the splice after the connector is open. The ground is good because the stop lites are working.

My thanks to all and especially to Chevtech
Loose connector C455 behind tail light. Fixed it right away

Thanks again
