How much HP can a LS2 handle
How much RWHP can a LS2 motor handle?
MY G5x3 caM is going to PUT ME over 400 to the wheels, and I have a brand new motor. Does anyone have a big cam setup and some miles on their cars?

The motor will not be the weak point that you need to worry about. With cam work to 400hp I would bet that you should be fine.

The bottom end should be good to 550 -600. Several here are in excess of 550 w/TT or SC.
Weak links:
#1. OEM Valve Springs
#2. 2005 Rears

ok, i have patriot performance stage 2 ls6 heads with their springs, and a Zo6 3.42 rear differential.
With the injectors/headers, etc I will actually be 440 RWHP or so.
Are these springs and rear end ok? or are they still the weak links?
Thanks

A better question is "How much can the tires handle?".

Also depends on the power adder used. H&C is obviously the least stressful, while N2O is going to be the toughest. 500RWHP should not be a problem with H&C, but 500RWHP with nitrous you will probably break something. Lots of FI cars with 550RW and up running fine. Longevity has a lot to do with the install as well. A bad FI install will kill a motor quickly.

How reliable of a DD would a G5x3 cam with an underdrive pulley, LG LT Headers, and an intake be?

Should be no less reliable than a stocker. Drivability is another matter. I have a 224/228 114 cam and would not want more cam than that for daily driving in traffic. Everyone has a different level of tolerance in that area.

cool. I just don't want any problems with my $10,000 setup for at least a few years.
