I go to kbb.com. You can price the car out with options and it tells you the Invoice and MSRP. It is always my first stop when I buy a car. They are always right on the nose. For example, the Corvette prices went up earlier this month and kbb.com had the new price posted the same day.
You can also go to the dealership and price one out. But they won't show you their invoice price.

When I picked up my 05 there I got both the build sheet and the window sticker sealed in plastic.
Call the NCM and for a few bucks they will send you both if you want.
