I'm thinking of doing some things to the, what is the stock fuel system good for? Will it support these mods? What's your guess on power for this setup?

I'm running LG headers, CAI, H/C with a 150 wetshot and the stock fuel system is doing just fine. About to add a FAST intake as well. With what your doing you will definitely be over 500rwhp.

Whats your goal ET MPH or HP?
I thought people had problems with the Fast and spray?
If its a real 150RWHP Shot on good gas:
530RWHP
570RWTQ
I am running
VR, Kooks 1 7/8
N.O. Plate with 57/31
~125 Shot tested 1200-900psi
AFR's 1200 = low 12's 900 = high 10's
I run pump 100 unleaded when I spray
And it is way rich all the way through 4th no sings of the FP droping off
My real goal for this car is just to have a reliable quiet car that makes pretty good power. Im coming from a 800 plus RWHP turbo cobra, so ive been through the hp phase and with this car im really looking for the whole package. not a rattle trap.
Are those your numbers 530rwhp or what you think mine will make?
What hp level are you guys starting to put race gas in the car?

what kind of power did you put down with that setup?

602 rwhp with the 150 shot...dont remember what the torque was. This is on 93 octane pump fuel. Race gas is advisable but hard for me to come by. Feels awesome though!
well i pulled the trigger on the 150 wet kit. On motor with the timing pulled it made right around 345 and with the juice it put down a little over 480 and 525 ft lbs. Now I just have to install the headers

jogar80, didnt know you were putting that much down. YOu need to get that car over to the track

Thats a week 150 shot if it only made 135rwhp
I think you should be at 345+145-150= 490-490 + Headers 25 + Fast 15 = 530ish
And you can see your TQ is there + 45 so 570 should be close.
I would do the Kooks 1 7/8 and port the stock intake or wait for the new one that is suposed to be better than the Fast and without the #7lean problem.
With this high of Compression I think 100 unleaded is a must 7.50 more a week is cheeper than what a little knock will cost.
I have never dynoed my setup but she picks up almost 1.9 seconds
CAI Headers 120 shot so you should see 2.1-2.4 gain
I know she was 330 stock and think I am about 470-480 now
Knowing 3,340lbs 125 traps and 2,000 feet I think its close.
SpinMonster and a few others I know run the FAST and spray with no problems. Any other info as to what problems some are reporting?
My frinends C5 w150 poped #7 and some have reported problems with larger shots 200 and 200+
I remember reading some on Ls1tech.com
Here is one quote:
I have seen that if you spray 200 through a Fast intake, #7 does run a little lean. To the point that we run colder plugs in 5 & 7 to keep problems to a minimum.
Others say with a rich tune they are fine.
Testing on the new intake we saw at sema shows no lean condition on 5 and 7 but I want to see hear more.
