Default brakes

is it possible to put the same brakes on the back of my 2008 vette that r in the front. will this make a better difference in braking.

Yes, but you will lose your emergency brake, and no it will not make a difference.

Nope. The fronts are completely different - the calipers, rotors, pads, etc are all larger. If you want to increase your braking capacity, consider upgrading to a complete Z06 system - front and rear.

Even if you could you'd affect the brake bias between the front and back.

It was possible on the C5, most did it for looks, some track day types did it because the rear rotor was so thin. No one did it for performance, technically it will decrease brake performance as it adds weight.
