cause sometimes if i look online buffing machine is like over 100 bux
but if i go to autozone there are ones that cost betweeen 20-40 dollars
dont you guys think it matters what kinda was and cloth i used for buffing ? not the machine ?

You should post this question over in the Car Care section as there are some very talented paint and polish folks there. With that said, yes the type of buffer will matter.

If you are not experienced with using a buffer/polisher you should only consider a random orbital like the Porter Cable 7424. If you get just a rotary buffer or polisher with out a random orbital motion and use an aggressive pad you can end up with a disaster of swirls and cuts as well as the potential existing to burn the clear or worse from over pressure or high speed.
