Curious to know if I can simply add the heater elements and factory switch or if it is part a a bigger harness.

You can add heating elements to your stock seats. Most dealer have a "local guy" that does the work.

Look in your local yellow pages.

You want heated seats in Austin???

I live in Austin now and used to live in Chicago. Take my word for it, you don't need no stinkin' heated seats in Austin!

First thing my bride does when she gets in the car is turn on her heated seat - AND WE LIVE IN FLORIDA!!

We did Corvettes at the Biltmore way up north in Asheville, NC a couple of weeks ago. We all headed out at 7:00 AM for a photo shoot of about 35 Vettes in front of the "house" and it was 26 degrees. I've got to admit I really enjoyed my heated seat.

Hmmm..... It does get cold here in the winter. It's nice to drive around with the top off mid-winter when the temp drops down to 55*. I get a lot less fuss when it's warm.

Do they user the OEM heater elements on the retro-fit? I would like to try and keep everything as factory looking as possible by using OEM parts if applicable.
