Looks like you're seeing the gains from the headers, all the intake stuff(ported tb,vr,etc...) should show a difference at higher speeds with cool air coming in. Not alot of cool down time between your dyno runs, could be the difference in a few ponies.

Second pull torque went up,hp stayed the same
3rd pull both hp and torque jumped a little.
Seems that some people are lying about their hp.Claiming over 400hp with less mods. So I had to dyno to be sure. They don`t lie!

Nice numbers You have to remember that the dyno is their for a tool and high dyno numbers don`t mean that you will go faster. If you really want to see what you gained do a before 1/4 pass and a after 1/4 with the same type of weather conditions and then you will know. I only have 356rwhp and 352ftlbs and i had a huge personal gain at the track from stock. Some people that have the 400 mark doesn`t mean that they will go faster than the 370`s

Your results sound about right. I have similar mods with 378/366.

not bad, I did 370hp with intake and tune. I think my torque was a lot lower like 345.

The dyno is only a small part, and most dyno's vary so don't put to much stock in the dyno alone.

Well...some times dynos do lie...you can do little things to show higher hp and tq, there's lots of tricks . Your HP/TQ seem pretty inline with most of the guys here reporting. Good numbers

Your torque is higher, but my RWHP is more with just CAI, X-pipe, and Cat-Back. I have recently added RT High Flow CATS and I'm getting it tuned in Jan hoping to get more out of her.

But you have some great numbers. You should be happy! Every DYNO is different so if you don't like the results take it some where else. I don't pay attention to the #'s any way. Its all about the driver.

Agreed. I've attempted as best I can to run the 1/8th (all I've got) with all my mods. I had some dyno before and afters as well (ie rockers and ported intake showed dyno gains) but only certain mods gave gains at the track. My tune, headers, VR, DR's and most importanly...my seat time has netted gains. Cat-back, Halltech, rockers, ported intake showed no gains at the track. I figure I've added about 50rwhp and 40rwtq over stock but have taken .8 off my ET and added a best of 9.2 mph from stock in the 1/8th mile.

BTW, good numbers in my opinion.

Your showing good numbers as well.
I think I`m going to for a cam,and underdrive pullies. Even a charger( in the near future). I say near future because, I want to invest in better brakes. No sense in having the power w/o being able to slow her down. Would love to see about 500hp.

I would love to have a charger but can't afford it. I will probably do a cam next year, and/or maybe 3.90 gears. When you change your cam do you have to uprgade anything else? About what is the total price installed?

I`m sure some internal upgrades will be required, for the long term. I`m fortunate to have England Green, a noted south Fl tuner just up the road(Vero ). I have been talking to him over the phone, about different setups. I`m not a 1320 kind of guy, although 1/4mile times are important, I`d rather track the car the way it was me`nt to be.(here it comes...the backlash). Upgrades to the 08 Z51 optioned vette are much improved over the 05. My car is a non Z51 optioned car.Its my line of thinking there better after market parts available than the OEMs provided by GM. I`m not saying the Z51 OPTION is bad ....just not for me. Lingenfelter,LG Motorsports, etc....all have great upgrades. My theory is ..when it breaks, upgrade. And it will brake 3.90 gears ,in my eyes are good for the 1320 but perhaps not so much for the roadcourse .

Cooler air temps? Air intake was 85.5.
I will add this also. 1st pull was to 6000 RPM
2nd pull 6200 Rpm
3rd pull told him to redline it(6500 rpm)

you can go broke chasing down dyno numbers. cars are different, pcm's are different, tuners are different, 248C dynojets that spit out supposedly "SAE corrected, smoothing 5" can be different.

just go run the car and have fun

After a series of mods on my C6, i asked my tuner about the dyno numbers. When he told me, I expected slightly higher too. He said "I can get another 10rwhp on the sheet but it wont make your car any faster. You don't race dynos."

I'm sure your car is plenty quick. Enjoy
