Rear end on an A6?

Rear end on an A6?
I have a Vortech supercharger and is putting down 500rwhp. I am worried about the rear end since so many C6 are breaking them at the track.
I am just wondering because most of the C6 are 6 speed manual and I would like to know if the 6 speed auto are also breaking the rear end?
I think with the automatic we are not getting a lot of wheel hop since we are not stress the rear end with 3-4000rpm launch.
I have just got a set of drag radials and is wondering if I will have problem with the rear end when I go to the track in the spring.
Will all the experts please give me their opinions? Thanks

Automatics can typically go further (in adding power and traction) without breaking their rears than manuals can but enough power and enough grip of the rear tires will cause even an automatic's rear to suffer.

I am making similar PWR and more TQ the Auto is easier on the rear, you will most likely break the trans first.
If you race it run a good tire with sidewall and lower psi 25-30 this will help and do not let it wheel hop.
