Default Need Answer for Z51 brakes

I need to know what parts are involved in changing a base 07 C6 brake to a Z51 brake. I'm sure of rotors, but what else is needed. Are the base calipers and pads the same as the Z51? Thanks in advance for your help.

Caliper brackets are the only other thing you will need.

tim is right. There is a different compound for the Z51 pads, but they are the same size and interchange.

The rear Z51 caliper has a 3mm smaller piston, but that doesn't make a practical difference for daily driving.

Rotors and brackets are all you need, believe me, I know Corvette calipers!

Is there more to the question that I missed since you moved it to the top?

Yeah, your question was answered...all you need are rotors and brackets.

I'm doing the swap and bought rotors slightly used and brackets from scoggin dickey (way cheaper than gene's package deal). Got everything for 330 shipped...not bad
