I need to know what parts are involved in changing a base 07 C6 brake to a Z51 brake. I'm sure of rotors, but what else is needed. Are the base calipers and pads the same as the Z51? Thanks in advance for your help.
Maybe I don't understand the question, but if you have rotors all you need is brackets. I changed four rotors, pads and brackets in about an hour when the car was new. I have a Z51, but put Baer two piece rotors and ceramic pads on, so I had to take the brackets off to change the rotors.
Is there more to the question that I missed since you moved it to the top?

Yeah, your question was answered...all you need are rotors and brackets.
I'm doing the swap and bought rotors slightly used and brackets from scoggin dickey (way cheaper than gene's package deal). Got everything for 330 shipped...not bad
