Good question but I don't have the answer for you. If you need to get into the car maybe just use your key to open the hatch and then use the emergency cable to open a door. Be warned though if you do this and the car window is all the way up you will have a hard time to close the door properly.

Thanks. I did reach chuck and found it was ok to re-connect battery
but was advised to disconnect before pcm install. Also it was recommended to lower windows before re-installation. Hope this helps

Also, since you disconnected your battery, your windows won't completely close when you close your door. To relearn- sit in the car with accessory power on or car running, roll windows up and keep the switch engaged in the upward position until you hear a "click". Now your windows will operate as they should when you close the door.
