I replaced my stock wheels/tires on my late '05 coupe with '08 split spokes and after 100 miles or so, I started getting a "service tire sensor" or something like that on the DIC. I haven't looked in the manual, I am on the road traveling, what do I need to do to reset this?............thanks

Your TPMS computer can only store 4 sensor ID#'s in its memory. When you swap to a different set of tires/wheels/sensors you need to do a relearn procedure to register the new sensor ID#'s, i.e. log them into the TPMS memory.
Get yourself a Bartec, Kent-Moore, OTC, KTi, ATEQ, Schrader, or similar tool and do the procedure you see in the video below.
Or, go to your local Discount Tire shop and they'll do it for you, usually for free. Your Chevy dealer can do it also, but often you'll end up waiting a long time and paying an exorbitant amount to get it done.

Thanks for the vid!! Lots of help...................
Like in that video, the official procedure from the service manual...
1. Select the ACC position on the ignition switch.
2. Simultaneously press the keyless entry transmitter lock and unlock buttons until a horn chirp sounds, indicating the TPM learn mode has been enabled.
3. Starting with the left front tire, hold the antenna of the J-46079 against the tire sidewall close to the wheel rim at the valve stem location then press and release the Activate button and wait for a horn chirp.
4. After the horn chirp sounds, proceed as in step 3 for the next 3 sensors in the following order:
1. Right front
2. Right rear
3. Left rear
5. After the left rear sensor is learned, a double horn chirp will sound indicating all sensor IDs have been learned.
6. Select the OFF position on the ignition switch to exit the TPM learn mode.
Too bad it isn't like the C5 where you can just use a magnet to do it.
A few very early C6's had sensors that could be triggered with a magnet. Why the General had to change to the ones that require a radio frequency to excite them, I dunno!?!?!?
I have the magnetically triggered ones in one set of wheels and the radio frequency triggered ones in my other set of wheels.
