Bolt on 07 vs 08's?

Im seeing people saying " bolt on 08s make the same rwhp as stock z06s"....
but i see them making 380-390 rwhp stock. are they reallypicking up 40-60 rwhp from bolt ons? do any members have modded 08s? how do the bolt on 06s fair straight line wise VS bolt on c5 z06s?

I have a bolton 08 Z51 C6 with 1 & 7/8s Dynatech headers, VR intake and Borla touring exaust. My tuner Charlie, at RPM Motors is one of the best tuners around. He tuned my car on a 91/Torco mix that makes 95 octane. While my results bring up a tad of controvery at times,
My results are proven to most.I say most, since even though I've run neck and neck with a stock Z(465 RWHP) on a straight on a road course, and run a 124.4 MPH 1/4, this is the internet, and everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I can tell you, the 08 is a great car that reacts very well to a few properly placed mods!!
