should be as easy as sourcing the z06 exhaust components. both z06 and npp mufflers are 2.5". if need be, get a 3 to 2.5 reducer welded on inline and you are set......

Default Good mod for the right price

If you can get a take off system from a Z06 for not much money, it would be a good mod (30 HP) . Most of the Z06 guys tend to keep their NPP mufflers, so you would just have a little exhaust work to connect the 3 inches Z06 H pipes to your 2 1/2 inch mufflers. If you got the complete systems from the manifolds to the mufflers, your NPP system should plug right into the Z06 NPP mufflers. The new ZR1 is using the same 3 inch system, so they must flow pretty well.

So all you want to do is swap out your 2.5" center section for a zo6 3" center?

If this is so, it will not work. The zo6 center is different from your c6 center section. You will need to use 3" zo6 rear mufflers as well.

look down about 12 posts to the 3'' x 2 1/2'' SS reducers link. There is a picture of what you'll have to do to make it work.
