Default RPS Clutch

Pulled the trigger on a RPS clutch from L G Motorsports today. I'm having them install it along with their G5X3 cam and kit. I have never been satisfied with the stock unit, it has never worked right from day 1. The dealership replaced the flywheel and for some unknown reason didn't replace the pressure plate and disc. Tired of hasselling with them, I think i've solved the problem today. I have always gotten solid advice and great service from the guys at L G.

I'll post more when all is installed.

I'll be all ears - I'm getting one also - but it will be a while until I get it in.

Yea, That's me-I pieced this mod package together 1 piece at a time-cam, cam kit and now clutch. They said it would handle 700+ rwhp, so that was good enough.

I have the RPS stage 4+ clutch/flywheel in my SC C6. The pedal is stiff, but very managable. I can launch at 4500 without any issues. It's great on the track and very drivable on the street.

IN addition to the D1SC, I also have AFR head, a blower cam, headers and exhaust=586rwhp.

I think you will be very satisfied with your clutch.

Is that a single or dual disc?
