predator doesnt work just got it, anyone have ideas

Default predator doesnt work just got it, anyone have ideas
I have a u7191, and a 2005 a4, I load the predator and follow all the instructions, it gets to the "performance tune/options/diagnostics screen" but then when i click on performance tune it says part number not found....? it lets me go through options and diagnostics and my vin is right on the predator, any ideas guys, Id appreciate it!!!

Check your part number I think you have a C5 programmer, if I am not mistaken the C6s are using U7194.

The way I understand it, If you don't have the updated GM factory Programs for the early '05 corvettes the predator will not work. You can post this in the scan and tune section and get more help. I have the same problem, too bad they don't tell you this before you buy the predator. You only know after.

no the u7191 is for the c6 a4. The u7194 is for the c6 06 and 07. It's possible your unit is still locked to someone's car if you bought it used.

You have to have the PCM in the car update. see dealer it's free.

I heard of this once before and I think the correct answer is the ecm (or is it pcm?)reprogram.Go to DIABLOSPORT.COM ALSO.Very helpful over there.
