Long Crank Problem
took my 07 Z51 M6 to the dealer and had them change the maf sensor.........Caused my car to have long crank before start 
some one else had a problem with this on this forum hope it helps

That's interesting because in the past the PCM didn't use the MAF reading during cranking, but since the IAT sensor is located in the MAF that could have been reading wrong.
