I recently purchased some cross drilled and slotted rotors for my C6 Vette. When I went to install them, I noticed that they were significantly smaller than the stock ones. I called the guys I bought them from and they said I had to have the Z51 package. I called the dealer and he ran my VIN and told me I have the J55 heavy duty brake package but not the Z51. My question is, when I send those back, should I have them send me the rotors that would go on the Z51. Those were the only two choices for a non-Z06???

A possible explanation is the OP has an F55 car, which now comes with the Z51 brakes but not the Z51 package. I looked at his profile but it was not filled in, but this would be my best guess.
