Default Max HP for stock injectors

Hey can anybody tell me around what horsepower range on a N/A LS2 that the fuel injectors start becoming inefficiant. (86% duty cycle)

It will varry but on my N/A motor they were done close to 500 rwhp

93% duty cycle for me was at 460rwhp.

I think that if you step up to the LS3/7 injectors, you'll be good to go for whatever mods you decide to do to your LS2...

476RW and mine are at 95%. Car put down 493RW at 99%, but I asked the tuner to back off the power. Each car is different. As a rule though, you don't want to do more than 90% really. I should probably go to bigger injectors.

Rule of thumb is that you do not want the duty cycle to exceed
80 %

Hey man you dont have to take offense I didnt mean to upset you i'm only going by what they teach me in mechanic school. And I never asked at what percent do injectors fail I asked at around what horspower rate do the injectors go above an 85% duty cycle.

Asking the amount of horsepower is dependant upon the fuel pressure and fuel consumption so I gave you what my experience over the years has kept my engines in one piece
