No muffler will make you alot louder. No cat will make you alittle louder and smellier. Take both out thats what i did.

OMG...he doesn't quit with his antics or wit.

While you're at it you should remove your drivetrain...thats a surefire way to reduce some weight.

Please don't look for more power until you can at least run a sub 13 quarter with present setup, because I can guarantee that if you have the car that you boast to have it would easily turn a sub 13 quarter without any further mods...at this point it's practice and experience.

If you're for real you should seriously consider giving your vette back to your daddy or mommy before you hurt yourself or worse someone else.

Either way heres the link to the mustang forum...you should try them out for some advice...you know just to confirm your suspicions that everyones out to get you.

http://mustangforums.com/

Oh yeah good luck!

86Vette07,

I seriously think you should click on the search button on the top right of corvette forum for your answers. You're asking questions that have been asked and talked about many times before...

Like CDN Vette stated earlier, if you do have a corvette I suggest you practice with the present set up. If you take out the mufflers and make you're car loud and abnoxious and still run a crappy 1/4 mile..You WILL get laughed at. I can guarantee it.

How could you possibly get a 14.2 in an automatic at sea level without letting off the gas at some point in your run. I mean what did you get a 3.0 60' foot.

But well we'll never know since he got so mad he conveniently threw away the time slip-

"im not sure what trap speed was i was so mad i threw the paper away. i meAN THE TRACTION CONTROL WAS OFF AND I WAS STEPPING ON THE BREAK AND HITTING THE GAS TILL ABOUT 4000 RPMS I DIDNT SPIN TO MUCH IT IS MY FIRST TIME AT A TRCK. DO U THINK THE MUFFLERS AFFECTED MY PERFORMANCE?"

Yep it was the mufflers that affected his performance...
Too funny I am still chuckling.

I'm guessing that has an adverse affect on performance?
