Default 1 HP for $159.00

2007 stock LS2 M6 dyno at 331.2 RWHP at 5900 rpm and 338.1 torque at 4550 rpm. I add LG long tube coated Headers, X-pipe, Haltech intake and a custom tune.
New dyno test at 353.4 RWHP at 5600 rpm and 367.8 totque at 4400 rpm. Car runs GREAT!
Add of 22 hp, is that good enough for $3,500.00

Lets see....

Header, cats and install $2,200
Intake and install $600
Tune $600

Just a guess.

IMHO, it seems like about $750 too much and 20 hp too little.

I just started looking at the possibility of having a cam installed. I have not check any prices at all, just asking people about their cam. What is a ballpark figure for a good cam plus labor? I installed my headers, exhaust, FAST, and Vararam by myself. But, I think installing a cam by myself is not wise.

thanks

How new is the car I've seen an LS2 with 900 miles dyno at 304 wheel here at sea level. That same car made 346 wheel at 14,000 miles

We have substantially similar modifications: Kooks headers, X pipe with hi flo cats, Callaway CAI, 160 degree thermostat and a Cartek tune. Our results are vastly dissimilar: my car is making 384.5 rwhp and 373.7 tq. I spent less too including the install.

Car runs strong..........
