Riceman

Having removed and re-installed the steering rack about 4 times now, I can't remember where that rubber isolator/grommet goes. Does it go over the U-joint where the shaft attaches to the rack? Looks like it might, as the U-joint looks to be open lubrication. Can someone pop their hood and look for me?
