Aftermarket Shifter?
Anyone changed the shifter in MN6 with aftermarket to get better shifting? If so, any suggestions for a model? I have an 07 Coupe.

Do a search, you'll find some great info. There have been a lot of threads lately and the MGW shifter seems to be the one to get.

Yup - MGW. Do the search - find lots of happiness.
Only decision - 25% reduction vs. 35% reduction.

My 35% MGW is the best mod and best bang for the buck. As I have said before, I would have paid $500.00 for it.

Slow down, lets not give anyone any ideas. I think the price is just right.

I have a Callaway Short Throw Shifter and love mine. Great mod. I think the car should come that way from the factory.

Website is
www.mgwltd.com . You have to call them to order. No shifter info on the website yet. Price around $220 depending on what **** options you want.

Thanks,
I had tried e-mail, but it was returned. Assuming the address provided on the website is correct, their shop is only about 45 miles from where I live and closer to where I work. Will probably drive by this week end.

Any aftermarket shifter will shift better than the stock shifter!
MGW is a well made shifter and their customer support is second to none.
