How much does the A6 Z51 weigh

All else being equal (options etc.), the automatic is definitely heavier than the manual but again by exactly how much is difficult to determine for the same reasons mentioned above.

It's hard to get an exact weight because of other possible options/packages (2LT? 3LT?), wheels and fuel levels and of course the 2008 is supposedly 37 pounds heavier than the 2005-2007s but I would say that a 2008 2LT Z51 A6 weighs roughly 3260 pounds (without driver of course)?

My 07 Z51 3LT with 1/2 fuel, B&M trans cooler, line lock, and perhaps another 5# of misc stuff weighs in at about 3280 on the tracks scale. Don't know how accurate the scale actually is though.
