Torque management ?
Does torque management intervene when shifting a manual tranmission between gears ( 1st. to 2nd @ 5500 to 6000 rpm) by reducing power to protect the drivetrain on shifts. I am not talking about the rev limiter, I mean can it reduce torque as it senses tire slipage prior to redline, even with the traction control off? It almost feels like traction control is still on even though it has been deactivated. I felt it a only a couple of times. When removing the traction control, is it immediate or does it take a few seconds to deactivate? Any thoughts would be apreciated? Thanks.
