Disabling Speed Sensor on NAV System

Disabling Speed Sensor on NAV System
Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the speed sensor on the NAV system so that you can reprogram your route while driving, like you can on a portable system? Some other auto manufactures allow it as long as you acknowledge the disclaimer. Thanks

I decided to give this a try on Saturday. I followed the link provided

and I had no problems doing this mod. It is something that I would not have tried on my own but thanks to the forum and all of the great information and people you find here is was a breeze. The whole thing took about 2 ½ hrs. Thanks to kawal on the C6 Z06 for doing all of the homework on this one.
