Set 192* for 20%, then increase percentages each increment to be around 90% at max temp.

Hey you , Did you get that p0449 problem resolved. Would like to hear.?
Now for the FAN SETTINGS ,
25% on at 192
78% on at 196
99% on at all other temps to 230.
These settings work well .

yep its listed in my sig.
i dont know if it was the Cartek fan module switch or just Cartek in general, but it was Cartek who recomended the matched parts, and Cartek tuning. with the fan module switch, it lets me hot lap the car getting oil temps to 180 and water temps 175-181 on the starting line by not staging until the fan is on, and coolant temps are on the down sweep. it actully goes to 183-185 after a good burnout, but i stage slowly until the temps are going down under 181

In HP tuners, the fan % vs ECT starts at 192.. I have that at 50 pct at 192 and gradually increase the pct up to 100pct...
temp 192 196 199 203 etc
pct 50 75 75 100 100 100

Any more than about 25% @ 192* and your fan will run continuously.

I'm close to your settings:
192 = 25%
196 = 50%
199 = 75%
203 = 100%, etc.
It rarely gets to 195 and never gets over 203 even on the hottest day. I'm not sure if this is good or not, but it seems to work.

Not in my car. I have 192 set to 40% percent and (with the air conditioning off) the fans DO NOT start until 192. They do not run below that.
