have an 2008,750 miles,shifting is not smooth until temp gets to 190-200,after it gets warmed up its shifts nice an smooth,should i take it to the dealer,thanks for the help

It's normal. When the fluid in the trans is cold, it's thicker. After it warms up, it flows much better and the syncros come up to speed faster which make your shifting much easier. Just double clutch when cold for a while.
