Modified FAST. Exact same thing happened to mine. The fix is to use stiffer plastic and a better adhesive. If the plastic is too soft, it will warp with the heat and the adhesive will not be able to hold it together against the warping. Also, use some plastic epoxy to weld the part on, and seal it with oil-resistant Goop, which can be found at auto parts stores. This will take care of the problem for good. For anyone modifying the FAST intake, it's VERY important to use the correct materials.
