clutch spring?
I found a broken spring on the floormat this morning... I looked and there is a spring like it on the right side of the clutch pedal at the top of the arm..are there two springs? if so how hard is it to replace..I have a 05 and the warranty just ran out

It is easy. The replacement spring is about 10 bucks. Some people have replaced it with the spring from the C5, myself included. The clutch action is supposed to feel better with the C5 Spring. It felt about the same to me. It is just one spring. If you do a search on C5 clutch spring you will find the part number and maybe even some photo's so you can see how it actually goes in. Some people have just left the spring out, but GM says that is a no no.
