I just bought the Cartek one. So easy to install. Just unplug the old line and put this in place of it, then wire up the button. Looks like the stock line but has the selinoid placed into it. Great product.

We have our Cartek line lock kits in stock. Our kits are made specifically for the year of your car (not universal, so everything fits nice with a stock look under the hood). . All lines are pre bent, flared, and ready to bolt right into the original location…no customization required.

If you have any questions just give us a call.

Default Line Lock

Stage IT:
This is a Cartek I installed, the only change I made was a remote relay so I wouldn't have to run wire and mount a switch.

The Cartek line lock kit is the ONLY way to go. I've seen these things first hand, all custom made 'in house' so fit and quality are top notch, great pricing and fast shipping too.
If I start to race my car more throughout the year I will be getting one installed by Cartek for sure.

Kiss your warrenty goodbye. Dead giveaway that the car is raced, and that will chuck your warrenty on the drivetrain.

Who cares? For those of us who mod, my guess is we don't care. Have to pay to play.

I agree that those of us who choose to mod, do it knowing our warrantee's are in jeporady. But if a line lock is the only mod, for the purpose of racing, or just doing smoky burnouts, I think that some dealers would void his warranty on an otherwise stock car.

I agree, I think some certainly would.

Stage IT and dennis50nj:

Thanks, I've always tried for a clean, neat install in anything I do.

EuroRod:

Line Lock (or Roll Control as Hurst calls it) can be used for keeping your Vette from rolling at a traffic light if you aren't used to a clutch, especially if this is the owners first stick shift car. (Thats my story and I'm sticking to it)

If you can get a dealer's service tech to accept that a line lock is used for roll control on a hill, well,.................. that's great!
