installing c6 z06 brakes.. but i have a few questions. im uncertain how much i should torque down the bolts that bolt to the hub/control arm... how hard to tighten the brake lines... etc
torque values for bolting up
1) calipers
2) brake lines
additionally... do the rotors just come off once the caliper is off or are there some bolts...
Click on your car (C5, C6, C6 Z06, etc.), download and save to your computer for future reference. Print out, laminate, and throw a copy into your toolchest.

Also, yes - once you get the calipers off the rotors should just pull right off (if you haven't had them off before there will be the Timmerman nuts on a couple of lugs - they're those flat sheet metal nuts that just hold the rotor on while the car is going down the production line. Cut them off, you don't need them). Sometimes the rotors can be a PITA to get off if they have been on there a while and have some corrosion in the hub area. You may need a rubber dead blow mallet on the backside of the rotor to encourage it to let loose!
caliper to spindle bolts are 125, the bolts in the caliper that locate the pads don't matter, even with antisieze, they are going to sieze up after a few heat cycles. As an added bonus though, its easier to leave them in and unbolt the calipers to change pads.
