I just started hearing a grinding noise in my rear differential when turning tight at parking lot speeds . Is it done ?
Car is an 07 Z51 manual with 9k miles .

It's most likely that. The dealer should do a reflush and it will hopefully solve the issue. However some members have stated that it comes back after awhile. There is a slip-lock additive from Amsoil that supposedly gets rid of the issue. However since it's under warranty, and if you don't mind the dealer touching your C6, have them do their work first.
I had mine done last week, and it took care of the noise so far. As I understand it, there is no real damage being done when it is making noise, it is just annoying. But so far the new fluid has taken the noise away
