I am in the process of troubleshooting an ABS problem with my '07 and want to disconnect the battery so as to re-set the various electronics....and hopefully 'fix' my ABS problem.
So today's (possibly) dumb question: is there some trick or specific method required to remove the cable from the battery?
I took the 10mm nut off, but I cannot seem to pull the cable/connector off the battery terminal. The connector does rotate slightly on the terminal, but it will not lift up.

Hopefully you're removing the Negative cable, right? That was asked for paranoia & safety's sake.
No magic, just work it back & for around the post while pulling up - it'll come off.
BTW, the service ABS message in the DIC can be a sign of a low battery, so just pulling the neg & reconnecting won't do it, you'd need to charge it.

After you disconnect the battery (neg) terminal try using a battery terminal puller available at any parts place.. They work very well and you don't have to worry about damaging the terminal.
