Yes it is a simple change of the head unit as long as you have the Bose system. Gene Culley sells a kit. But unless you have Onstar, the voice command feature will not work.
I would go with either a Pioneer or Alpine aftermarket Nav system. They are alot better than the factory system in every way + you can choose between Sirius or XM.
At www.partsforyourcar.com they have something for the aftermarket Nav systems... I forgot what it is called but, it enables you to use your steering wheel controls with the aftermarket Nav system.
