You will like those tires, I have played with them in the past. On that size rim at the track start around 18 psi hot. Mine did not like to go below that as they would collapse in the middle a bit on launch.

And, for the love of god do not get caught in the rain!, Hell even an errant sprinkler can make it interesting with those.
