Default Hi flow cats
Are the cats welded on an '07 C6? I know I could look, but that's not easy right now.

The reason I ask is that Random Technologies has hi flow cats that appear to have short pipes w/flanges welded to their cats. That would make for an easy install. My guess is I'm wrong.

C6 cats bolt to the exhaust manifold on one end and bolt to the H pipe on the other. Stock cats have a long pipe w/flange welded to the cat.

If you are thinking about going to high flow cats you should just do headers/xpipe at the same time. Your real gains are going to come from them.
