I just got my '08 a6 pace car yesterday. I want to at least get a tune and maybe a stage I at MTI. They did a stage I on my '05 mn6 coupe and I really liked the improvements. My '05 had a rwhp baseline of 334 and 389 rwhp after the stage I. What can I expect with my ls3 a6?.......thanks
Ask them; I'd bet they have some stats on existing LS3's they've dynoed, before and after. I'd think that from what I've read here on CF, probably for an A6 somewhere in the 370s.

This was my car with about 10 minutes tuning only... I never did a baseline, but this was stock down to the filter... Just a little timing added 1-2 degrees and a touch of fuel taken out... 08A6Z51
I don't think baseline numbers look low. Why would you assume the tuner manipulated the numbers?

The majority or MN6 LS3 cars are dynoing around 385 to 390 at the wheels. 375 is low. I'm sure most tuners would like us to believe they can provide a 23 RWHP increase on a stock car but most people know better.
Let's give it the benefit of doubt. All of the "+25 HP" tunes that I have seen (cough cough ) on stock LS3s, start with what I consider to be artificially low "before" numbers - like 360 - 370 RWHP. Assuming some dynos read lower than others (I believe this to be true), if a 25RWHP gain is totally valid, then why don't we see more tunes with 390 before, and 415 after? I have seen none.

Well like some have said dynos are just for tuning. Some have told me my numbers are low,....but I'm just as fast as any LS3 with the same mods showing 420-440 at only 409rwtq 409rwhp. I have run 7.48@ 96.6 and the car with go faster still on a better hooking pass.
