RevExtreme in Tampa? I have not had them tune my car, but they have done some work for me. They are good guys and do quality work.

Any quality aftermarket tune will increase the performance of your car.

BTW, I grew up a few miles from you in Alexandria, IN.

had them install dynamaxx headers about 4 years ago, and they had the wires on the headers which grounded them out and burned out the cats. Car ran like $hit and reaked of gas so i sold it shortly there after.

But, as i said that was 4 years ago, the company has new owners from the people that had put that on there, so they might have gotten things better. I have yet to take the chance with either of my last 2 vettes, and instead drive to orlando to Mike Norris.

They built my monster of car i drive now. Im always up at his shop messing around with ideas to do, or little nit picking tweaks. I had his A6 tune done, then his son tuned my first all motor build.

Theyre located in Bradenton/Sarasota now, which is nice cause 10min drive to their shop is better then the hour i used to have to do.

And spoiled, Mike Norris has been doing the recent tuning for them here an there. He tuned my current build less then a month ago.

Heres a list of what theyve done to my car. Had Bad Iron build my forged 402, then they installed dynatech long tubes, fast 90, using revxtreme 90mm t/b, revxtreme billet fuel rails, revxtreme catchcan, procharger d1, small blower cam, magnaflow 3" exhaust, dmh cutouts, brakes, gauges, tranny coolers, stall converter.

Best part of it is, if anything happens i can bring it to him no questions asked and voila.... thats customer service that can be frowned upon. Ive put over 2k miles on this build, and the only problem ive run into was my procharger eating belts, and now its not thanks to them.

Tracy and crew installed my GT-11 cam, springs, etc. and I am very happy with the results. Chuck CoW was there to do the tuning after the install and I have not had any problems at all since. High speed run to Dallas and back since showed the install was great.

My Mom still lives in Muncie, but she usually comes down here to FL to visit. We haven't been back in a few years.

I lived in Orlando about 2 miles from the airport when i was 18 with my cousin as he went to MMI. Loved it down there, besides my 2002 SS Camaro got destroyed during hurricane charley.

I loved the tune they sent me...I did some comparisons with hptuners going 20/30-80mph and noticed a significant decrease in the time it took.

I use their bracket racing tune and it helps my car run more consistantly between runs. I have no doubt their normal tunes are just as effective when you're looking for more hp.

Ran the tune felt like it pulled harder and when it shifted it feels like it takes off instead of just gradually going into 2. Light throttle shifting was a little hard but we will get that taken care of. I installed a vararam before i loaded the tune and the tune was for the car without the vararam do you think that made much of a difference? I just sent a new log to them so they can check it and change the airflow or whatever he needs to for the CAI.
